【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconstructionalrequirementsforfansconstructedtoGroupⅡG(ofezplosiongroupsⅡA,ⅡBandhydrogen)categories1,2and3,andGroupⅡDcategories2and3,intendedforuseinexplosiveatmospheres.NOTEOperationconditionsforthedifferentcategoriesoffansusedinthisEuropeanStandardaredefinedinClause4.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytotroupIfans(fansformining),coolingfansorimpellersonrotatingelectricalmachines,coolingfansorimpellersoninternalcombustionengines.NOTE1RequirementsforgrouplfansaregiveninEN1710.NOTE2Therequirementsforelectricalpartsarecoveredbyreferencestoelectricalequipmentstandards.1.3ThisEuropeanStsndardspecifiesrequirementsfordesign,construction,testingandmarkingofcompletefanunitsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresinaircontaininggas,vapour,mistand/ordusts.Suchatmospheresmayexistinside(theconveyedfluid),outside,orinsideandoutsideofthefan.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletofansworkingintherangeofambientatmosphereshavingabsolutepressuresrangingfrom0,8barto1,1bar,temperaturesrangingfrom-20℃to+60℃,maximumvolumefractionof21﹪oxygencontentandanaerodynamicenergyincreaseoflessthan25kj/kg.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandardmayalsobehelpfulforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingoffansintendedforuseinatmospheresoutsidethevalidityrangestatedaboveorincadeswhereothermaterialpairingsneedtobeused.lnthiscase,theignitionriskassessment,ignitionprotectionprovided,additionaltesting(ifnecessary),manufacturer′smarking,technicaldocumentationandinstructionstotheuser,shouldclearlydemonstrateandindicatetheequipment′ssuitabilityfortheconditionsthefanmayencounter.NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnorapplytointegralfansofelectricmotors.NOTE3Whereundatedreferencesareusedintebodyofthestandthelatesteditionapplies.
