【摘要】:Resultsobtainedbythistestmethodcanbeusedtodeterminethesuitabilityofspecifictestdevicedesignsinmeasuringthereleasemomentsofski/boot/bindingsystems.Thistestmethodprovidesameansbywhichmanufacturersoftestdevicesandmanufacturersofreleasableskibindingscanprovidecompatibleinstructionstofacilitieswhichperformthefinalinspectionofthecompleteboot/binding/skisystempriortouse.Thistestmethodisnotappropriatefordeterminingprecisionbetweenoperators.1.1Thistestmethoddefinesprocedurestodetermineagreementbetweenastandardapparatusformeasuringthereleasemomentsofskibindingsandatestdeviceofunspecifieddesign.1.2Thistestmethodalsocoversproceduresforcheckingagreementbetweenindividualdevicesofidenticalbutunspecifieddesign,intendedfordeterminingthereleasemomentsofskibindings.1.3Valuesexpressedinnewtonmeters,newtons,andcentimetersaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Valuesexpressedinunitsoftorquemaybeconvertedtotheappropriateforcevalueswhendeviceswhichindicateforceareused.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
