【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheAdviceOfChargesupplementaryservices(SS-AOC)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINX)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).SS-AOCisasetofsupplementaryserviceswhichenableausertoreceiveinformationaboutthechargingofitscallsthatleavethePISNandenteranothernetwork.ThethreeAOCsupplementaryservicesare:a)Charginginformationatcallset-uptime(AOC-S)SS-AOC-Senablestheusertoreceiveinformationaboutthechargingratesatcallset-uptimeandalsotoreceivefurtherinformationduringthecallifthereisachangeofchargingrates.b)Charginginformationduringthecall(AOC-D)SS-AOC-Denablesausertoreceiveinformationontherecordedchargesforacallduringtheactivephaseofthecall.c)Charginginformationattheendofthecall(AOC-E)SS-AOC-Eenablesausertoreceiveinformationontherecordedchargesforacallwhenthecallisterminated.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC15049.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-AOCoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSS-AOCandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.NOTE-AdditionalinteractionsthathavenoimpactonthesignallingprotocolattheQreferencepointcanbefoundintherelevantstage1specifications.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
