【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofpolyacrylate(PA)superabsorbentpowdersinairbornedustbymeasurementofsodium(Na)byatomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS).PAdustsamplesarecollectedinpolystyreneacrylonitrileair-monitoringcassetteswithpolytetrafluoroethylenefiltersandporousplasticbackingpads.Thismethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofcollectedsuperabsorbentpowderintherangebetween0,2μgand60μg(limitofdetectionnear0,2μg)ofsuperabsorbentpowders.NOTEThistestisdesignedtodeterminelowlevelsofsodiumandrequiresthatverycleanhandlingconditionsbeobserved.Theuseofdeionized/distilledwatercontainingverylowsodiumcontentiscriticalforsuccessfulanalysis.
