【摘要】:1.1ThisguideestablishesthebasicsensordataformatrequirementsforUnmannedUnderseaVehicles(UUVs).Thisguideisintendedtoinfluencethedevelopmentprocessfortheacquisitionandintegrationofvarioussensorpackages,butatthesametime,notspecifyparticularsolutionsorproducts.AnadditionalintentofthisguideistoaddressthedataformatstandardsspecificallyrequiredforoperationoftheU.S.Navy''splanned21-in.MissionReconfigurableUUVSystem(MRUUVS),whichisrepresentativeofitsheavyweightclassofUUVs.AlthoughthisinitialreleaseofUUVsensordataformatsstandardsprimarilyfocusesontheU.S.Navy''sUUVmissionscomprisingintelligence,surveillanceandreconnaissance(ISR),minecountermeasures(MCM),andoceanographicdatacollection,thereisbroadutilityacrossthespectrumofcommercialapplicationsaswell.1.2ReadersofthisguidewillfindutilityinreferencingGuidesF2541,F2594,andWK11283.Thereisaclearrelationshipthatexistsintermsofdataformats,externalinterfaces,andinformation/dataexchangethatcanbeappliedincontextwiththestandardsinvokedinthesedocuments.1.3Technicalsectionsofthisguidearebrokendownasfollows:1.3.1Section5,themainbodyofthisguide,providesgeneralguidelinesforsensordata,includingwatercolumnandoceanbottomunderseasearchandsurvey(USS)measurements,andabove-waterlinedata.Itdescribesrequireddatarecords,butdoesnotattempttospecifydatarecordingformats,exceptasalreadyestablishedinexistingdocumentation.Wheneverpossible,datarecordingformatsaresuggestedtoconformtoexistingconvention,facilitatingdataprocessinganduse.ThisguidereferencesstandardU.S.DepartmentofDefense(DoD)formatsordefactocommercialformatswhereappropriate,suchaswidelyacceptedWorldMeteorologicalOrganization(WMO)orIntergovernmentalOceanographicCommission(IOC)standards.1.3.2Section6coversrelatedmissiondataformatssuchastiming.Italsoservesasaplaceholderforfuturediscussionofvehicle-specificmissiondataformats.Navigation,vehiclestatus,andrelatedvehicleinformationdataformatsareexpectedtobeaddressedinsubsequentversionsofthisguide.Alsoincludedinthissectionarebriefdiscussionsonexternalinterfaceandcommandandcontrolformats.1.3.3Section7introducesthetopicofmetadataformats.Amplificationofthissubjectiswarrantedandwillbeincorporatedintofutureversionsoftheguide.1.3.4Section8brieflyidentifiesgeneraldatastorageissues.Onboarddatastoragedecisionswillbedrivenbypowerrequirements,datavolume,andmediacost.1.3.5Section9presentsanabbreviatedsummaryofthecurrentlyrecommendeddataformatstandardswheretheycouldbeidentified.1.3.6Section10existsprimarilyasaplaceholdertoaddressrelevanttechnologyforecaststhatcouldimpactfuturedataformats.1.4Thoughthegeneralguidelinesofthisguideapplytomostoceanographicsensordata,thedatatypesspecificallyconsideredherearelimitedto:watercolumnmeasurements(includingtemperature,salinity,currents,opticalclarity,andbioluminescence),oceanbottommeasurements(includingbathymetry,acousticimages,andsub-bottom),ambientnoise,andrelatedgeophysicalparameters.ISRsensordataandotherdatacollectedonorabovethesurfaceareaddressedbyreferencetogoverningU.S.militarydatastandards.Discussionofelectromagneticandelectro-optical(EM/EO)dataformats(includingatmosphericrefractivity)isalsoincluded.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishap......
