【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationcoversthreeTypesandtwoGradesofcoldformedelectric-fusion(arc)weldedhigh-strengthlow-alloysteeltubingof50ksi[345MPa]minimumyieldpointforuseinweldedorboltedconstructionofbuildingsandforgeneralstructuralpurposes.1.2Thistubingisproducedinsquareandrectangularsizeswithaperipheryof200in.[500cm]orlessandaspecifiedwallthicknessof1.00in.[25mm]orless.Tubesarejoinedbytwolongitudinalelectric-fusion(arc)welds.Circumferentialweldsaredisallowed.SizesoutsideofthoselistedinTables1and2maybeorderedprovidedallotherrequirementsofthespecificationaremet.Typicallengthsare15x2013;50ft.[5-15m].Note18212;Productsmanufacturedtothisspecificationmaynotbesuitableforthoseapplicationssuchasdynamicallyloadedelementsinweldedstructures,etc.wherelow-temperaturetoughnesspropertiesmaybeimportant.(SeeSupplementaryRequirementS1)1.3ThisspecificationcoversthefollowingTypes:1.3.1Type18212;Weldedwithbacking,backingleftintheproduct,1.3.2Type28212;Weldedwithbacking,backingremoved,1.3.3Type38212;Weldedwithoutbacking.1.4TubingisavailableinGrades50[345]and50W[345W].Grade50[345]ismanufacturedfromhigh-strengthlow-alloysteel.Grade50W[345W]ismanufacturedfromhigh-strengthlow-alloysteelwithenhancedatmosphericcorrosionresistance.(See10.1.2)TheGradesmaynotbeinterchangedwithoutapprovalofthepurchaser.ASTMSpecificationsforplatethatmaybeappliedtoGrade50[345]and50W[345W]arelistedinReferenceDocumentsandinTable3.1.5Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits;however,unlessthepurchaseorderorcontractspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SIunits),theinch-poundunitsshallapply.ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatestmethodforthepredictionofcertainphysicalorchemicalpropertychangesofimagingmaterials.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheArrheniustestportionofISO8225,ISO9718,ISO10602,ISO10977andISO18919.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothepredictionoftheoptical-density(D)lossorgainofimagingmaterials.Photographicdyeimagesmaybeproducedbychromogenicprocessing,byformationofdiazodyes,orbynon-chromogenicmethodssuchasdyediffusionandsilverdye-bleachingprocessing.Thisstandardalsocoversdensitychangescausedby—residualcouplerchangesindyeimages,—excessresidualprocessingchemicalsinsilverblack-and-whitematerials,—temperatureeffectsonthermallyprocessedsilverimages.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothepredictionofsupportdegradation.Onesuchexampleisthegenerationofaceticacidbydegradationofcelluloseacetatefilmsupport.Anotherexampleisthechangeintensileenergyabsorptionofblack-and-whitepapersupport.
